Hey, it’s a pleasure to meet you! My name is Thomas Madrigal and I am a marketing strategist with half a decade of experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects across both for-profit and non-profit business spaces. My passion is rooted in finding long-term solutions to improve marketing operations and communications to give both the business and the consumer the best experience possible.

On my free time, I am ear deep in podcasts about personal finance, investing, and pop culture. I also love trying new restaurants with my spouse, traveling, group workout classes, and reality tv.

ENCIRCLE pRIDE 2025

In June of 2025, I had the privilege of leading Encircle’s marketing campaign for their biggest public event of the year, PRIDE. Some project highlights for this initiative include, but are not limited to:

  • Fully planning and execution of organization wide outreach in channels including email, print, social, SMS, and direct mail

  • Directly leading Encircle’s parade participation, including day of event set up, staff and participant logistics, and booth staffing for the durations of the parade

  • Creating brand partnership opportunities with various businesses, such as 1-800 contact, and Poppy & Pout

Thera-Pharma Consulting

In the summer of 2023, I joined a team of six other business students to consult an investor on a project regarding a grand investment in a gold-backed digital currency. If you think this specific area is niche, that’s because it is. However, after several months of research, our team was able to deliver a report to help the investor decide how to proceed int he coming months regarding their decision to invest in this specific field. I led this project in the following areas:

  • Researched untapped market opportunities where gold mining laws would allow said investor to begin mining projects

  • Contacted potential competitors to understand industry gaps and challenges currently faced

  • Presented research findings to team of investors to help them understand risks involved after all research was completed
